Aquí os presento los planos de mi edificio, la parte coloreada es la parte de la casa en la que vivo, hice una representación básica de los muebles para verlo mejor, no se si se verá claro o no (espero que si), en principio este dibujillo era para mi, no tenía planeado subirlo a ningún blog.
[I already started to upload pictures of the new flat (cant resist it), but stories must begin at the start, if not u can't understand a word!
Here u can see the plans of the bulding. The coloured part is where i live at the moment, i made a basic sketch of the fourniture, i hope it is understandable enough (i hope so, i'm not sure), it wasn't planned to be uploaded to a blog!]
Y el plan es unir el piso de al lado (la antigua consulta de un dentista) para conseguir así un par de habitaciones más, que hay que pensar en el futuro... bueno, no es que tenga yo pensado tener familia numerosa, es que mis suegros y un gran numero de nuestros amigos viven en otras ciudades y así al menos tendrán donde quedarse si un día vienen de visita.
La verdad es que no necesitabamos tantas habitaciones, pero ya puestos a hacer una locura... pues habrá que hacerla a lo grande, no?
[The plan is to merge the apartment with the one besides it (it was a dentist clinic) so we gain at least two more bedrooms... we need to think about the future... well, we aren't planing to have an extra large familly, but my parents in law and many of our friends live in another cities, so we could have a guest room to acomodate them if the come to visit.
To be honest we don't need so many rooms, but if u are going to do a crazy thing... the crazier, the better, isnt it?]
Nuestra idea es unir los pisos por el recibidor para hacer la menor obra posible (y más barata) y de paso poder vivir lo más comodos posible durante la reforma.
El dormitorio principal será la habiración más grande, donde uniremos una habitación con parte del pasillo y con la antigua cocina de la clínica para así tener un amplio vestidor (y, seamos sinceros, porque tampoco se me ocurría otra forma de conseguir una habitación grande y a la vez de aprovechar ese trozo de pasillo... es que odio los pasillos!). La habitación de al lado será la del futuro (todavía ni siquiera está en camino) niño. El baño lo mantendremos donde está... aunque también necesita reforma. La última habitación pasará a ser una oficina... si, lo se, es una habitación interior sin luz natural, perono nos importa porque el resto del piso es realmente luminoso y ahora mismo tenemos que cerrar las persianas para poder ver las pantallas de los ordenadores! La habitación así todo tiene una ventana que da a un patio diminuto para poder ventilarla, que planeo pintar de un blanco brillante para que refleje la escasa luz que pueda llegar a el.
[We are planing to merge the apartments at the doorway, because its the easier (and cheaper) way, and also because we can live in the old side as comfortable as possible during the re-building process.
The main bedroom will be the bigest one where i plan to merge a room with the corridor and an old kitchen, so we will have a dressing room. The room beside it will be the future (not even in the way) nursery. We will keep the bathroom... but it will need a full makeover. The last room will be a home office... yes, i know, it dont have natural light, but we really dont care, the rest of the flat is so bright and at the moment we need to close the blinds to see the computer screens! The room has a window to a tiny patio for airing purposes which i plan to paint in bright white so it reflect the scant light it has.]
Ah! Se me olvidaba! la habitación en la que estaban hasta ahora los ordenadores pasará a ser una salita- comedor de diario (más de trote que el salón) y la habitación de matrimonio será la de invitados.
[Oh! I nearly forget to mention that the room where the computers are atm will be a diary family room (less formal than the big living room) and where the main bedroom is now will be the guest room.]
